Pricing

Prices displayed on the website apply at the time an order is placed, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.

Where the website shows a regular/MRP price and a lower selling price, the selling price applicable to the transaction will be shown before checkout. Applicable taxes and charges will be presented in accordance with the information shown on the website and at checkout.

Orders

Submitting an order does not prevent us from reviewing it for payment confirmation, stock availability, delivery feasibility, suspected fraud, technical error or other legitimate operational reasons. We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to process an order.

Hill Audio is not responsible for a payment being refused for reasons controlled by those providers.

Dispatch, delivery estimates, tracking, failed-delivery handling and other shipping conditions are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements

Eligibility for cancellation, refund or replacement is governed by our Return, Cancellation & Replacement Policy.

Warranty

Eligible Hill Audio products are covered in accordance with the terms stated in our Warranty Policy. Warranty coverage applies only to qualifying products and claims satisfying the conditions described in that policy.
