• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking ID via email and phone.

Delivery Timeline

• Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order.

• Deliveries are made between 10:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on working days.

Shipping Address

• Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

• Please ensure that the information entered is accurate.
  ➤ In case a non-delivery occurs due to a mistake from your side (such as incorrect name, address, or contact number), any additional cost for re-delivery will be charged to you.

On Delivery

• You (or someone on your behalf) will need to sign for the delivery.

• If the package appears tampered with or damaged, you can refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

Delayed or Missed Deliveries

• If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the product, please contact us immediately for investigation.

• In case the delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, any cost incurred for re-sending the shipment will be charged to the customer.

• At times, orders may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. Hill Audio is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by natural disasters, wars, strikes, fire, floods, or other events considered acts of God.

Shipping Charges & Taxes

Shipping charges, as well as all taxes and duties for deliveries within India, are already included in the product price listed on the website. You pay nothing extra at checkout.
