Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Hill Audio, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We have designed our policies to be transparent, fair, and customer-friendly. Please take a moment to review them before placing your order.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. That is why we allow cancellation requests if the dispatch process has not been initiated.
To request a cancellation, go to the Your Orders section under your Hill Audio Account, where all current orders are listed. If eligible, you will see the option to cancel the order.

Please note:

  • Cancellation is not possible once the order has been dispatched.

  • Orders placed under Same Day Delivery or during special limited-time offers are not eligible for cancellation.

Refund Policy

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the product delivered is not as per the specifications mentioned on our website and a replacement is not possible within 14 working days.

  • If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days of approval.

  • Depending on the case, the refund amount may be adjusted after deducting bank or delivery charges.

  • We are not responsible for refund delays caused by bank processing times, public holidays, or national events.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Minor differences in product color, shade, or look and feel.

  • Sound quality preferences for technically defect-free products.

  • Damage caused by electrical surges or user mishandling.

  • Physical damage or incorrect product not reported within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing video.


Replacement Policy

We offer product replacement if the item is found to be defective or physically damaged.

To be eligible:

  • Please notify our customer support within 24 hours of delivery via email or the support form.

  • The product, along with its original packaging and accessories, must be returned via our designated courier partner.

  • A clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is required to support any claim.

Replacement will not be provided if:

  • The product is free from technical defects and the request is based on look, color, or sound preferences.

  • The damage or wrong item is not reported within 24 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video.

  • The damage is caused by user mishandling or electrical surges.


Important

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package. This video is mandatory to support any claims related to a wrong, empty, or damaged product and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery for the claim to be considered valid.
